Kristin Austrum |
Kristin Austrum Kristin has a BSBA in Actuarial Science and a concentration in Women's Studies from Drake University. She also is the number one fan of her husband's band, which plays throughout the Twin Cities.

Kurt Cegielski
Kurt has a BSBA in Finance with a concentration in Economics from Drake University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. He spends many of his free moments with his wife and three kids, and enjoys time outdoors camping, hunting and fishing.

Dave Dickey |
Dave Dickey - Sales and Marketing Lead
Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University and is enrolled in the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program through the University of Pennsylvanias Wharton School. He lectures frequently on health care financing innovations, and contributes regularly to seminars and conferences. Dave enjoys time with his wife and four kids, playing golf, coaching his kids sports teams, and volunteers at his church. In his spare time, he also announces basketball games at a local high school.

Kyle Rolfing |
Kyle Rolfing - Chief Executive Officer As a Definity co-founder and head of Sales, Marketing and Product Development, Kyle led the creation of a new space in health benefits, establishing Definity as the preeminent brand. He also built a world-class sales organization that went from $0 to $100 million in fee revenue (over $2.5 billion premium equivalent) in just over four years. Kyle and his team were pioneers in the development of the account-based products associated with CDH and worked closely with the U.S. Treasury in creating the first-generation HRAs and HSAs. Kyle earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Kyle enjoys sports of all kinds, and to survive Minnesota winters he has taken up snowboarding with his wife and four kids.

Abir Sen |
Abir Sen - Chief Strategy Officer In addition to Definity, Abir has worked as an advisor to the senior management of Fidelity Investment's Health and Welfare Business. Abir started his career as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting, where he advised large managed care organizations and integrated delivery systems on M&A and turnaround strategies. Abir has a BA in Economics from Lawrence University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. In his spare time, Abir can be found enjoying a Guinness with his wife Crystal, or wandering around aimlessly with his dog Mona.

Pat Sukhum |
Pat Sukhum Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College where he majored in Economics. Pat plays in numerous recreational sports leagues and acts in local shows. He is a dedicated volunteer with Big Brother Big Sister of the Greater Twin Cities, both as a Big Brother and spokesperson for the organization, and was Big Brother of the Year in 2004.

Stephen Swartz |
Stephen Swartz - Chief Information Officer Stephen received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. When not being a technology guy, Stephen often spends Saturdays driving all over the Twin Cities taking his kids to play sports. He also lives to "go up north to the cabin" whenever the opportunity presents itself.
